What's Important In Life? - We both work 9 til 5 in the week, but weekends we enjoy going out with friends and family for drinks, shopping and also like to spend time with each other at home with our cats and doing our house up. Also pre covid we love going abroad to different countries and travelling the world.
The Proposal ... Tell Me Everything (All The Gushy Details) - We arranged a family BBQ on the August bank holiday of 2019 at our house. All the family came. A rumour had been going around the family that certain members thought we were going to announce at the BBQ that we were having a baby but we definitely were not haha! So me and jack joked around about having to let them all down by giving no announcement which they were all expecting, but on the day jack decided to get everyone together including myself and say he's got an announcement (i remember thinking wtf is he doing?! because i certainly didn't have an announcement to make ha!) and that is then when he got down on one knee and asked to marry me... i was VERY shocked! and I think most of the family were too haha! We did also tell them that there were no babies on the way haha!
The Venue/s ...Why This Place Above Anywhere Else? - The venue was Mottram Hall. I was following this venue on Facebook for a few years before being engaged because I just fell in love with it and said to myself if i ever get married i am getting married there! Obviously when we got engaged we did still go and look at other venues but Mottram Hall beat them all.
